Many patients have dental insurance to help defray the cost of their dentistry. It is our office policy to accept insurance assignment towards payment so that the patient is able to maximize his/her insurance benefits while minimizing actual out-of-pocket expense.

In extensive treatment situations, predetermination insurance forms can be submitted for you by our staff. Should a question arise concerning the amount to be paid by the insurance carrier for a particular service, the staff will be happy to assist you in all inquiries.

If you are a member of a PPO, most likely your insurance will still pay for most services performed at our office.
